Julie Summerville serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ellian and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. She leads the company’s vision, strategic direction, and commercial growth, with responsibility for sales and marketing, product strategy, strategic partnerships, and customer and physician relationships.

Julie brings nearly 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics, including more than a decade in product development. She has managed more than five product lines and guided international launches across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Her experience includes securing FDA 510(k) clearance for a microneedling device and leading its commercial rollout in the United States and Canada.

She works closely with the COO and Board to align product development, commercialization, and long-term growth with Ellian’s strategic direction.

Jason Reneau serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ellian and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He leads operational strategy and execution, with responsibility for quality and regulatory affairs, manufacturing, supply chain, financial and business systems, and organizational infrastructure.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling companies across medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, and biomedical research. His background includes developing high-performing teams, vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, and disciplined financial and quality systems. His leadership has helped businesses move from loss to profitability, strengthen supply-chain resilience, and achieve ISO 13485 and MDSAP certification.

He works closely with the CEO and Board to translate corporate strategy into coordinated execution, supporting product development, commercialization, and the operational foundation needed for sustainable growth.

Delta Davis is National Sales Director of Ellian, with more than 30 years of leadership experience in aesthetic technologies, physician-dispensed skincare, and medical distribution.

Her experience includes national sales leadership at Revision Skincare and Innovative Skincare, regional leadership at Eclipse Aesthetics, and co-ownership of Vista Medical Systems. At Innovative Skincare, she expanded the national sales team from six to 24 sales professionals. Through Delta Davis & Associates, she advises aesthetic companies on product launches, sales team development, physician adoption, and market expansion across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical spa channels.

Dr. Phillip Dauwe is a Medical Advisor to Ellian and a Dallas-based, board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, and body.
