Common questions

What would you
like to know?

How much does Enigma weigh?

The handheld device weighs 0.714 lb (approximately 11.4 oz) with the cartridge attached. The charging base is separate.

Who is Enigma intended for?

Enigma is a prescription-use medical device. Sales are limited to licensed medical practices in the United States. Operator qualifications, training, and supervision must follow applicable law and current labeling.

Does the device need a cord during use?

No. Enigma is cordless during treatment and runs on an internal rechargeable battery. The charging base plugs into a power supply for recharging.

How does the Enigma QPulse™ Technique work?

A gliding technique with automatic needle cycling. The needles retract in less than 1/20th of a second.

In automatic mode, the needles cycle as the practitioner glides the cartridge along the skin. Slow, medium, and fast pace settings adjust the cycling rate. Changing pace does not change the selected RF energy per pulse. Learn more about the device’s controls and refer to current labeling and training for operation.

How long do two passes on the face take?

Two passes on the face can be completed in 15–20 minutes.

Timing varies by patient and protocol. Allow additional appointment time for consultation, preparation, and aftercare.

Can the cartridge be reused?

No. The cartridge is supplied sterile for single use. It must not be reused or re-sterilized. Refer to current labeling for handling and disposal requirements.

Where can I learn about pricing and availability?
