This policy describes how Ellian Corp handles information connected with this website and business inquiries.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requests your name, work email, practice name, state, professional role, and inquiry topic. You may also provide a phone number and message. We use business-inquiry information to respond and manage the related correspondence. Please do not submit patient information, health information, or payment-card details.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security events to deliver and protect the website. This site does not send analytics events to an external analytics service or include advertising pixels. When the inquiry form is connected, we use hashed identifiers derived from IP and email addresses to limit repeated submissions. The short-lived rate-limit records are removed after two days as new inquiries are processed.
Cookies and communications
Ellian does not set advertising cookies on this site. Hosting and access-security services may use cookies necessary to operate their services. Email links open your chosen email application. Submitting a business inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Use and sharing
We use information for responding to inquiries, associated business administration, website operation, and security. Service providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, communications, and technical support. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell information collected through this website.
Connected inquiry forms use Neon for database storage, Resend for email, and Vercel for processing and delivery retries. Inquiry notifications are sent to Ellian at info@ellianmed.com, with a backup copy sent to Ellian’s marketing team at marketing@ellianmed.com to help check delivery and support follow-up. We also retain delivery status records so we can identify and resolve email failures.
Retention and protection
We retain business correspondence as needed to manage the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. Technical records are handled under the hosting provider’s retention practices. We use reasonable measures to protect information, although no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting an inquiry. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@ellianmed.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including permitted exceptions.
