Choosing a device

A decision for
the whole team.

We work with licensed U.S. medical practices, from the physicians and estheticians evaluating the device to the owners reviewing the budget. We’ll help your team get the information it needs.

01

Start with your priorities.

Tell us why you’re considering RF microneedling and what you need from a device. We’ll start there.

02

Get a feel for it.

Ask about a demonstration of the Enigma QPulse™ Technique, a gliding technique with automatic needle cycling. Talk through the pace controls and how a session would fit into your practice’s schedule.

03

Work through the costs.

Discuss purchase and cartridge costs, training, and service. Estimate the cost of ownership based on how often your practice expects to use the device.

The cost of ownership

There’s more to it
than the purchase price.

The purchase price is a starting point. Cartridge costs, staff time, training, and your expected use all belong in the budget. Here are a few questions to work through with us.

  • How do acquisition and cartridge costs fit our budget?
  • How often do we expect to use the device?
  • How much appointment time should we allow?
  • What training, staffing, and supervision do we need?
  • What warranty and service terms apply?
  • What is included, and when is it available?

Availability and professional use

Questions worth
asking.

Is Enigma available to my practice?

Sales are limited to licensed medical practices in the United States. Contact Ellian to discuss your practice, device availability, and any purchasing requirements.

Who can operate Enigma?

Enigma is for prescription use. Professional licensing, training, delegation, and supervision requirements vary by jurisdiction. Each practice must confirm its qualifications and follow current labeling and applicable law. Device training does not expand a professional’s legal scope of practice.

How much appointment time should we allow?

Two passes on the face can be completed in 15–20 minutes.

Timing varies by patient and protocol. Allow additional appointment time for consultation, preparation, and aftercare.

Can I review the labeling before making a decision?

Yes. Request the current labeling and technical resources directly from Ellian. Our technology overview introduces the device’s components; it is not a substitute for its Instructions for Use.

Does requesting a demo place an order?

No. Requesting a demo does not place an order, reserve a device, or commit you to a purchase. No payments are collected through this website.
